Hey there!

Thanks for stopping by

I'm a 3D Generalist & Motion Designer located in Brooklyn, New York. I've been working in 3D & motion for over 5 years as a freelancer, in agencies, and in-house.

Since 2022 I have taught at NYU Tandon's Integrated Design & Media program, as well as Parsons School of Design's Industrial & Product Design program.

I'm a passionate viewer of B-movies and kung-fu classics, lover of niche fashion from India and Japan, and unapologetically annoying NYC cyclist. I have a dog named Kona, and in my free time you can find me mending tattered jeans, baking bread, or workshopping my long-shot class idea "Design and Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit" (They haven't taken me up on it)

My Story

2013-2017

I attended NYU Tandon School of Engineering from 2013 to 2017, in the Integrated Digital Media program. I started with a focus on creative coding for the web and game development, but discovered a passion for animation and soon found myself binging tutorials on After Effects and C4D, learning about rendering, dynamics, and visual effects.

2018

From 2017-2018 I worked as an assistant at Lyle O. Reitzel Gallery, a Dominican art gallery in the Lower East Side. In addition to managing works & openings, I designed flyers, e-mail blasts, and vinyl cut signs for openings while continuing to develop my skills in 3D and animation

In mid 2018, I got my first job in 3D at Just Wireless, where I worked with their Talkworks brand. I created product models, renders, and product comps & infographics for use on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms

2019-2020

In 2019, I began my MFA in Industrial Design at Parsons School of Design. While studying at Parsons, I refined my understanding of form and material, developed my skills in sketching, parametric modeling, and learned about fabrication, 3D printing, and other off-computer skills.

After completing my MFA remotely while living in Chicago, I worked with Studio Fynn to create renders for Icon, their fashion-focused fitness wearable

In the fall of 2021 I began working with Icon Incar, a german automotive UX firm. I worked with clients like Ford, creating animations and assets for in-car center-stack displays and AR HUDs. Unfortunately, due to the confidentiality of these projects, I have no remaning artifacts of my work here

2022

I started teaching at NYU's IDM program, the same one I graduated from in 2017, in Spring 2022. My first class was "3D Design for Interactive Applications"

Later this year I would teach "Motion Graphics Studio" and "Virtual Enhancements" at NYU as well as "Product Design Sketching" and "Advanced Modeling Methods" in Parsons' Industrial & Product Design program.

Throughout 2022, I worked with Lineage Digital, a creative agency in Los Angeles, doing 2D and 3D motion design for clients like Niantic, Momentum Solar, Medable, and FIGS
